Montreux and South Reno Real Estate, Properties and Homes

I have been involved with Montrêux since its inception in 1990, when my previous husband and I sought interest in a portion of Callahan Ranch, which today has become the beautiful development of Montrêux Golf and Country Club.  In 1998, I first began working at Montrêux as the director of marketing, a position I held for several years until arriving at my current position as a real estate agent who knows more about the history of the area and its real estate offerings than most others.  In recent years, I moved my office to  Oliver Luxury Real Estates a mere ten minutes from my previous location at Montrêux’s Welcome Center.  This allows me to not only continue to specialize to buyers and sellers in the Montrêux market, but also the entire Mount Rose corridor and Reno.  I have lived in Galena Forest Estates for the past 35 years ( borders Montreux and St James) and know the area extremely well.

In the past few years with the economy being upside down, the situation at Montrêux and the surrounding  area real estate changed dramatically, it was a buyer’s market.  Today we find ourselves in a seller’s market once again, with low inventory and only about 14 homes in Montreux on the market.
