Scotch Pines is a small gated community within Galena Forest Estates. One has to take a left onto Douglas Fir Drive off the Mt Rose Highway, take a right at Blue Spruce and a right on Sctotch Pine where beautiful gates await you. It is dense with tree’s and Browns creek, a seasonal creek runs thru the develpment. All utilities are underground, county water, propane and septic tanks.
There are beautiful high end homes and a few lots are still available. HOA fees are $525 per Quarter and strict CCR’S are inforced.
