Saddlehorn is an absolutely beautiful 500 acre master planned community beneath ArrowCreek with 50 acres of common space and 5 miles of walking trails. The community was originally developed about 12 years ago and was designed for custom home sites ranging from about 2/3 acre to 1 acre parcels. The prices start in the 700’s and go into the high million plus. This is a really nice neighborhood, large winding streets, gorgeous landscaped properties, lots of open space and wildlife. The developers mascot is a Quail and there are lots of them. Lots are rare but do come on the market, usually starting at 150K if you can find one.
