Montrêux Membership Opportunities 2025 Pricing
Golf Membership
Membership Contribution: $60,000 + $50,000 (Non-refundable Capital Fee)
Monthly Dues: $1,345 Operating and $350 Capital
Equity Golf Membership entitles a member and his or her family to use all of the Club amenities. These amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and extensive practice facilities. Golf Members also have unlimited use of the fitness, tennis, swimming and clubhouse facilities at Montrêux. A six day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times is available to Golf Members, and Golf Members do not pay greens fees or court fees, but pay a golf cart fee when used. Equity Golf Memberships are 75% equity based on the current value and are only transferable through the Club. Equity Golf Memberships are available to initial lot or home purchasers from Montrêux Joint Venture. An Equity Golf Membership must be applied for within 60 days of the close of escrow.
Executive Golf (Age 40-44)
Membership Contribution: $60,000 + $50,000 (Non-refundable Capital Fee)
Monthly Dues: $950 Operating and $280 Capital
An Executive Golf Membership entitles a member and his or her family to use all of the Club amenities. These amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and extensive practice facilities. Golf Members also have unlimited use of the fitness, tennis, swimming and clubhouse facilities at Montrêux. The Club offers a complete spectrum of dining opportunities including formal clubhouse dining, casual dining at The Grill at Jack’s Den, and a full calendar of social events and themed dinners throughout the year. .
Executive Golf (Age 26-39)
Membership Contribution: $60,000 + $50,000 (Non-refundable Capital Fee)
Monthly Dues: $765 Operating and $230 Capital
An Executive Golf Membership entitles a member and his or her family to use all of the Club amenities. These amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and extensive practice facilities. Golf Members also have unlimited use of the fitness, tennis, swimming and clubhouse facilities at Montrêux. The Club offers a complete spectrum of dining opportunities including formal clubhouse dining, casual dining at The Grill at Jack’s Den, and a full calendar of social events and themed dinners throughout the year.
Sports Membership
Membership Contribution: $35,000 + $35,000 (Non-refundable Capital Fee)
Monthly Dues: $625 per month and $170 Capital
Equity Sport Members have access to all of the fitness, tennis, swimming and social facilities of the Club and limited access to the golf facilities. Sport Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times and do not pay court fees. Sport Members have a three day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and shall pay the applicable guest rate greens fees and golf cart fees with a limit of 8 rounds a year.
Clubhouse Membership
Membership Contribution: $12,500 (Non-Equity)
Monthly Dues: $295 Operating and $170 Capital
Clubhouse Membership allows you and your immediate family unlimited access to the Clubhouse’s dining facilities and social events, including social gatherings, themed dinners, and special celebrations.

* All Montreux Memberships have an annual food and beverage minimum of $1,200.
* Capital Fees are payable over five years in equal installments of $10,000 (golf) / $5,000 (sports) per year beginning on January 1st of the year following the granting of membership and continuing thereafter until paid in full. Executive memberships have the option of deferring capital fees until age 50.
